Vested Outsourcing

A performance-based approach to outsourcing services turns a traditional approach on its head—buying results, not activities. This course is based on the findings from a recent year-long study of how progressive commercial companies are applying performance-based sourcing to improve supplier performance—at a lower price!

The program will fundamentally change your approach to procuring outsource services such as third-party logistics, supply chain management service, IT support, and facilities management. You’ll leave this class with a thorough understanding of how to apply a five-step process and best practices for implementing a vested outsourcing agreement.

Please visit VestedOutsourcing.com for more information and resources.

Participants may earn continuing education units (CEUs) for this course as part of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professional's (CSCMP) Pro certification program.

This course is also available as a custom course on the Knoxville campus or at a location of your choice.
